Terms & Conditions

By accepting a quote or signing a contract with Evolve Pressure Cleaning, you understand and are agreeing to all of the following:

1) Legally Binding Agreement:
You are agreeing to/signing a legally binding agreement for work to be completed at an agreed-upon price as stated in the quote or contract. In the event that you break this contract, you may be liable to pay a cancellation fee, or have all deposits surrendered as damages.

2) Product Warranties:
All warranties are limited to those offered by the manufacturers of the products used. Evolve Pressure Cleaning makes no additional warranties. If you ever have a concern regarding our work, Evolve Pressure Cleaning should be notified immediately.

3) Water Usage:
You agree to provide Evolve Pressure Cleaning the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. If water is required to be supplied, it will be at an additional charge. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the water supply is on and in working order before we arrive. Additional charges will be applied if water is not available.

4) Electrical Usage:
You agree to provide Evolve Pressure Cleaning the right to use an on-site source of electricity as needed to complete the stated project without compensation.

5) Preparation:
The preparation guide provided is to be used in all applicable areas and is the customers responsibility to ensure it is adhered to. In the event that the customer does not follow the preparation guide leading to restrictions in the ability to conduct the works, an additional charge may be applied or the remaining works will have to be rescheduled and charged as an individual job.

6) Courtesy:
The customer understands that while Evolve Pressure Cleaning is on location and performing work on your property, you
are responsible for keeping all children and pets, as well as other individuals away from the work area.

7) Payments:
The customer understands payments to Evolve Pressure Cleaning are due as per the invoice or contract schedule and are to be paid by Bank Transfer, PayID or Cash. All balances are due upon completion of the job. Any variance to this policy must be agreed upon and in writing on our contract. Late charges will be immediately assessed on all balances not paid in accordance with Invoice or contract terms. The customer agrees to pay any collection cost incurred by Evolve Pressure Cleaning related to the collection process of outstanding balances.

8) Scheduling:
Scheduling in a business which productivity relies upon the weather can be difficult. Inclement
weather may affect scheduling. We try our best to keep scheduling conflicts to a minimum, however,
circumstances that are beyond our control may affect your project start and completion times/dates. You
will be notified of any changes.

9) Removal & Replacement of Contents:
The customer understands the removal and replacement of furniture, planters, and any other items are the responsibility of the customer as listed in the preparation guide issued. Should we need to remove items from the deck, we will not be responsible for any damage, breakage or for storage issues. An additional charge may be applied for the time and labor devoted to the removal of these items.

10) Damages:
Evolve Pressure Cleaning will conduct pre-inspections to identify any pre-existing damages and take reasonable care around sensitive areas however is not responsible for damages due to improper or insecure installation of construction or finishing materials, broken or opened windows, improperly sealed windows and doors, wood rot, heavy oxidation, loose mortar, defective construction, improperly secured wires or electrical fittings, insecure plumbing or pipework, loose or improperly installed gutters or roofing materials, or improper waterproofing.

11) Stains:
The customer understands that some stains cannot be removed by pressure washing. Deeply penetrated oils, tree sap, artillery fungus, splatters from wood stain and paints are examples of stains that cannot be removed by conventional means. We make every attempt to point these areas out to the customer when quoting the project. Sometimes these stains cannot be removed at all.

12) Watertight:
Evolve Pressure Cleaning Services expects your property to be in good repair and weathertight. This includes, but is not limited to all electrical services including receptacles and light textures. Doors and windows shall also be weathertight. Evolve Pressure Cleaning Services is not responsible for damages as a result of water infiltration from poor or improper installation, maintenance, or repair of electrical-related items or doors or windows.

13) Window Spotting:
Although proper techniques and care are always taken, windows may become water spotted as a result of our services. Pure water window cleaning is NOT included in a regular exterior wash and must be charged as a seperate service.

14) Concrete:
The appearance of concrete depends on a number of factors most linked to when the concrete was initially poured and cured. When concrete with dirt, mold, mildew, algae and other pollutants and stains is cleaned, the concrete will then reveal any and all imperfections that the pollutants and stains have covered up. The customer understands that not all concrete will look the same even on the same driveway, patio, sidewalk, or concrete slab and Evolve Pressure Cleaning does not accept liability for any of these issues.

15) Privacy:
Evolve Pressure Cleaning abides by consumer privacy laws and will never share your personal information, property information or items within the confines of your property. All actions will be taken on-site to ensure property privacy is maintained to a reasonably practical level. 

16) Photography:
You agree to allow Evolve Pressure Cleaning permission to take photographs of your property as part of our pre-inspection and post-inspection process, and for images to be used as content for our social media platforms. Evolve Pressure Cleaning must be advised of any (if any) photo-sensitive areas prior to or during service.
